I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Valerie Zapata at Eye Associates of South Texas - South San Antonio, for providing me and my family with a phenomenal experience. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to help us get this procedure scheduled in a very timely matter, as she was understanding about the urgency of our situation. What stood out the most was the confidence and reassurance she gave us throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference to my mother who was very worried about the process, but with Valerie she made her feel at ease and well taken care of every step of the way! From my mother's first evaluation appointment, to explaining insurance coverage and payment options, Valerie is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her profession! We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend her to anyone in need of outstanding service and support.

New patient appointment today at the Palo Alto office. Parking lot was packed so parking was a trick. We walk in the door and the office is completely FULL. I ask at the window and I am told my wait will be 2 hours. My appointment was at 2:15. I rescheduled. The earliest was over a month away. If it's like this again, I will find a new doctor. Very disappointing.
