its always a concern when it comes to eye surgery as to who your surgeon is. my experience with Dr. Rubin is that he is highly competent and very detailed. my comfort level through out the consultation and ultimately the surgery grew into a complete level of extreme satisfaction. Dr Rubin and his staff are accommodating and thorough. my experience with this practice is so positive that i have asked my wife and children to switch to Dr Rubin for our family eye care and needs. additionally my short times in the waiting room for follow up visits have been filled with listening to other patients compliment Dr Rubin with their high levels of satisfaction.

Dr. Rubin is a nice and competent doctor. But he runs a "stacked" appointment mill. They make you wait in the waiting room for up to an hour or more and then they put you in a room and you wait another hour. I will find another doctor that respects my time.

The front office staff is extremely rude. The girl answering phones was not interested in anything I had to say and when I asked if there were any specials on lasik, she was annoyed. Regardless we are going through with procedure but excuse me for trying to save a couple of dollars from the $5K we are about to spend. Geez. This girl is going to scare away potential business/patients because of her attitude. I don't get why people work jobs they genuinely don't enjoy. Go find another job since you're so unhappy!

Dr. Rubin is my personal eye care physician and sees my wife as well. His skill and professionalism are second to none. I have sent several of my employees and friends to him and they are uniformly appreciative of his skills and the care they receive.

The service was okay as far as the exam, but the front office staff was not helpful when it came to processing my claim. I gave them my insurance information and they told me they accepted my insurance before the appointment, but my claim was denied. When I called them back to ask why- they then clarified that my vision plan was actually not accepted. Had I known this from the start I would not have bothered making the appointment.

Dr. Rubin and his team are excellent. They really care about you as a patient and are very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend his practice as it is clean, friendly and they explain everything to you very well! They are great about getting you in for an appointment as well when really needed!

I had an eye injury, so I called for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me into their morning schedule. Dr. Rubin and his staff were real nice to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin.

They email, text and even call you to confirm the appointment and then one has to wait 1.5 hours for your appointment made a year ago. Terrible receptionist. Although there is a giant sign to wear a face mask, at least 4 patients were not wearing one and nobody cares... totally disappointing!!!
