Convenient weekend appointment hours. Friendly professional staff and knowledgeable technicians. Doctor did a great job answering a lot of questions I had and showed a lot of patience towards me. Checkout process was quick and easy to understand. They explained all the insurance information and answered all the questions I had. Even provided me with rebate information to get a little extra money back from the manufacturer. All around great experience and highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Dr Elizabeth Nguyen is so awesome explains every step of your eye exam. Most of all she's a people person and real genuine. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

The young girl Desiree that works the front desk is rude and unprofessional! I informed her that she could not take a copy of my military ID which is literally the law and she continued to tell me how it was required for their files. Ok great but you cannot take a copy of that ID for my file. She then caught an entire attitude and said ok then give me drivers license while rolling her eyes and in a rude tone. If you cannot provide good customer service when you work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position maybe you should consider a job that doesn't require you to work with people. People like her are the reason this business will lose future customers. Just overall crappy personality. The manager tried to smooth things over and told her to delete the copy. The actual doctor seems nice and sweet as well, but the front desk staff is reason enough to go to a different location. And yes I'm referring this specific location.

The front staff is great, they answer all my questions and are very helpful and as long as Elizabeth T. Nguyen, is the Doctor here I will continue to visit this location, She is by far the best eye doctor that I have had! I have been to many many eye doctors in my ole age. Thank you Doc! I have been seeing her every year for 6 years, See you next year again!

I've been coming to Eye-Deal Vision for quite some time and I luv it from the Doctor to the staff! They are super nice and very attentive to your needs really strongly recommend....oh and not to mention the variety of selections of frames they have is great! They have always have my frames from Jimmy Choo to MK luv luv luv

I have been to Eye-Deal Vision since they opened in 2010 (15 years) and I love going there. I was disappointed this year (2025) when I had my eye exam and went to order new glasses, and was told they no longer can order the Trivex lenses, which I have to use! Trivex is the best and used by so many people. So, unfortunately, I have to go somewhere else to get glasses so I can order the Trivex lenses. My request is that you bring Trivex lenses back as an option. Thank you!

From the minute I walked into the Houseman location until I left the ladies and ideal vision took care of all my needs and went beyond their scope of helping a patient. There'd be highly commended for a super job.
