Eye Q Vision

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My initial vist was very quick (15 minutes for both my husband and I, not 15 minutes each). When my glasses came in I was not able to see at all. When I contacted the office, the office girl told me to wear them another week and return the following Friday, which I did, however they were closed that day. I went back the the next week and the doctor said my original script from 2 years before was too strong but he didn't want to make such a drastic change so he "met in the middle". In other words, played a guessing game with my script. When I told him I was able to see better with my old glasses, he said "No you can't. No you can't". Basically calling me a liar. I did not argue with him just decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion doctor agreed that the origial and second scripts were incorrect. I ordered my new glasses with the second opinion script and can see just fine. When I contacted Dr. Elkins fo a refund of my $85, I was told I should have gone back to them for a 3rd test. Why would I do that when the first 2 were wrong? He refuses to refund my initial payment which shows his greed of money. He was very unprofessional and so was the young lady working in the office. I WOULD NOT recomment anyone go to him for services.
