We had an amazing experience at Eye Mart thanks to Linda. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us warmly and asked how she could help. We explained how we were treated at the De Zavala location, where we were basically told my husband would just have to try on a bunch of glasses until something fit. My husband has a very large head, so after searching for a while with no real help, we decided to leave and try another location.
That decision led us to Linda, and we are so glad it did. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help us find the right fit instead of brushing us off. Not only was the service excellent, but I also ended up getting my lenses there as well. While I was still waiting on my order to be processed, my husband's lenses were already ready, which was amazing.
Yes, it was a bit of a drive compared to the previous location, but it was absolutely worth it for the quality of service, kindness, and effort Linda provided. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend working with her.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting glasses. They were professional, friendly and so fast in getting my glasses. They explained all the options with no pressure for upgrades. (Which actually made me want the upgrades).
For me this was an emergency. I had lost my glasses and cannot see well driving at night and I was about to go on a trip and needed my glasses desperately. My new glasses were made right in the store in less than 30 min. And these frames are my favorite. Best experience ever!
