I always go here. They have great staff always informative and helpful. The warranty when kid breaks glasses is a huge factor. Saves us money and time. Normally kids glasses for their prescription is done same day. But for us adults takes about 1 to 2 weeks to recieve. Either way I highly recommend to go here. If I recall they accept medicaid insurance also. Not sure which ones so call and verify

I've been going to this store for several years now, and every time they manage to impress me! It's a little surprising that you can get such quality care from a shop a little off the beaten path.
This visit, I was needing a new prescription, so I went to Dr. Cummings next door first. (Another amazing experience!)
Their employees are professional, patient, polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to provide superb customer experience.
My script was a little complicated, but they were still able to produce my new glasses in only 27 minutes!!!

Mark was the person who helped me with my glasses( good choice Mark). His personality and professionalism was top notch, I thought he was the manager. Only giving this place a 1 star due to the lack of teamwork. It was very disappointing to see the lab tech/manager Reggie not helping when the office had over 15 people in the room with only one sales associate. People were there to pick up and have adjustments. The fact he was having to get asked is ridiculous. This isn't the first time this has been observed. Management needs to step in look at cameras and see for themselves. We appreciate Aaliyah and all her hard work, patience and quality of customer service she provided!

After being on a wait list for well over an hour and twenty minutes only to have someone be helped for the same purpose as not only myself but another customer I decided to leave. It needed up being close to two hours waste of my time, adding insult to injury so to speak I'm commuting an hour and a half. I've been to this store in the past and had great service. It is disappointing to say the least.
