Eyemart Express

I walked in to purchase some eye glasses and had a very pleasant experience. From beginning to end and all in between I was treated like a rock star. These days everything and everyone is on fast mode. This was not the case. Her name is Arsenia, valuable employee who knows and does her job to that next level. Customer for life.

This review is for the eye exam room next door. If you don't mind minor sarcasm and being a bit belittled then ignore the two-negative stars. I have come here since 2016 but ofcourse there's always new staffing each time. This time, I scheduled an appt 4 days in advance, but I was literally told by mouth the appt was 15 minutes earlier than it was actually scheduled, so the confusion followed by brief debate with the front desk took place. Then upon completing the first portion of exam, which the front desk personnel performed (doctor usually does this but was running late, only by 8 minutes) ***I simply asked "CAN I" clean the part of the equipment that I was asked to rest my face on. I was told "Its Clean" and just stared at to proceed. Well I had to ask again... she didn't know I could see smudges and specs from the last face. *** So when the doctor arrived, she was polite and professional, but when she asked me to rest my face on another machine, *** I asked "can I clean it off really quick" even the Dr. literally barked at me "ITS CLEAN"... *** so in that moment, I knew the front desk Personnel complained about me Caring for my health, to the doctor... I AM the one paying for this, it is not free, nor discounted. The services themselves were professional, but they tried to dismiss my concerns on a personal level, which was unacceptable, and a bit traumatic. You don't know NOR do you care for my past experiences and I most certainly did not ask for much. *** Leaving me to have to ask again and feel the need to explain why, was the part that was traumatic, i felt like I was "begging" when you should have just provided me the wipe.***

Both my daughter and I visited EyeMart Express mostly due to the reviews posted and the location was convenient from my home. We walked in and was quickly greeted by Jennifer. I was needing to get my 8-year old daughter her very first pair of glasses prescribed by her optometrist. Jennifer was truly amazing and extremely knowledgeable with various options in terms of frame selection and overall warranty information. My daughter was very excited to pick her pairs (one for school and one for home use). Jennifer also offered recommendations based on my daughter's facial structure and best overall fit without compromising style! Needless to say, both my daughter and I were very pleased and fortunate to have Jennifer's expertise and guidance throughout the entire process. Thank you EyeMart Express and most importantly, our sincerest gratitude goes out to Jennifer for her exceptional customer service from the very beginning to our pickup time (1 hour for two pairs)!!!

Experience at EyeMart was Terrific and helped to resolve a situation that a wrong prescription was ordered. They helped me order my glasses ordered urgent and I had them in less than 2 days which it would've taken 2 weeks. Very helpful and courteous. I recommend them highly. Thank you !!

I will recommend everyone to get their glasses from eye mart express. Their staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The lady who helped me is very experienced and take measurements very correctly. I am very much impressed by the place.

Janie was absolutely amazing! She helped my son and I with the correct pair of frames for our glasses. Definitely will be going there for future visits.

Been going here for years. They have a great selection of frames and are always helpful, nice, and have great prices. The eye doctor next store is excellent, too. Gives advice in how to care for your eyes. She's awesome.

Had a Great Experience at tge Eyemart on 410 by Ingram. Chloe was so helpful and Polite. After the initial visit I received a Text 39 minutes later that they were ready. They fit and worked perfectly. Thank you Eyemart.
