Eyes of San Antonio

My appointment at Eyes of San Antonio was absolutely fabulous. I was immediately greeted by the fashionable young lady at the front desk with a genuine hello and smile. The office was clean and clutter free with a nice open floor plan. You'll notice there's not a lot of seating, but there's a very good reason for that. There was no wait time. I was taken in at my appointment time which was such a breath of fresh air to enter and be seen right away. Dr Nguyen was polite, personable and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns and I mean actually listened and answered them. Not like other places that just gloss over them to try to get you out the door. I feel that she did a very thorough exam with modern equipment to ensure I get the best prescription possible. There were no pushy sales and she gave me honest true answers. She never rushed me and actually took her time with the whole appointment. How often do you get that kind of treatment anymore? I am so glad I found Eyes of San Antonio and will be recommending them to all my friends and family for their glasses or contacts. I'm kind of sad I only have to come here once a year, that's how much I enjoyed the visit.

So glad to know Eyes of San Antonio! I originally was visiting their TSO Fair Oaks location, but their San Antonio location is much more convenient for me; I love this location! The doctors and staff are the best and their recent renovations are top notch! Everyone is always so helpful and professional! Can't wait till my next visit!

Stephanie and Chelsea were awesome and made my appointment go very smooth. Dr. Nguyen did great work as well. Overall my experience was pleasant. I already booked my appointment for next year.

This is by far the most amazing Optometrist office I've ever been to! I'm absolutely in love with the Doctors and the lovely staff. They are all so extremely kind and knowledgeable. They truly are compassionate about the patients and their patients overall eye health. Could not ask for a better Optometrist! 10 out of 10 recommend. I bring both my 11 year old and 8 year old and have full faith and trust in both Dr. Dennington and Dr. Nguyen!

The whole family loves coming to get their eyes checked. The staff and Dr. Dennigton are so nice and provide excellent service which gives me comfort knowing our eyes are well taken care of.

The staff was fast and efficient, and the clinician was great at describing the findings of my eye exam during my visit. I had some issues accessing my contact lenses after the visits, which clinic leadership addressed promptly. This clinic greatly values customer satisfaction and feedback.
