EyeTX Vision Center - De Zavala

The staff were friendly, informative, and courteous! I was late and had to reschedule, and they helped no problem. They saw to me immediately upon arrival, answered every question I had, and offered excellent advice. I am gladly going back to get my prescription sunglasses this time, and have already recommended this location to some family. I was recommended this location, and what a great recommendation it was.

I highly recommend this store, and actually come from across town to use it. I have 2 other EyeTx stores very near to me but really like the staff at this one. Dr. Winfrey, Veronica and Adrian are all top notch for knowledge and service.

Dr Winfried and the staff are amazing. Everybody is so friendly and curtious. Short wait times. Im there currently for post op after cataract. They take really good care of me.

This location of EyeTx is always professional and friendly. The care provided by Dr. Winfrey is the best. She clearly explains what needs to be done to protect your eyes and ensure you vision is accurately assessed. I would highly recommend her and her staff at the DeZavala location.

Always great when we go here - Dr. Winfrey remembers my kids, always kind and helpful! Staff is responsive and supportive. Glasses have been good and come in pretty quickly.

The office is clean, the girls are friendly. They have lots of frames. The only issue was that my Gucci frames had only one year warranty but I never got reminded of the small window of time that I had to take them in. I had a puppy chew the temples . I'm still using the glasses. All in all, they're very good and helpful. I've been a client for about 3 years, the prior doctor didn't accept Medicare ..

Very great place! The doctor and staff treated my girls very nicely and were very patient with them. Everything was nice and clean! Mariah fitted my girls with glasses and was very knowledgeable and sweet! Always will recommend this place!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. After being misdiagnosed in the ER, I came to this clinic in severe pain and unable to open my eye. Dr. Winfrey was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient. She immediately recognized the seriousness of my condition, ran the proper tests, and diagnosed me with a corneal ulcer and inflammation that could have caused permanent damage if left untreated. She explained everything clearly, started treatment right away, and showed true compassion throughout the entire visit. I'm so grateful for her expertise and care, she quite literally saved my vision. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an eye doctor who truly listens and takes their concerns seriously.
