Helped me with what I needed fast! It was a last minute appointment .. It was not a long wait, my daughter needed help and they went above and beyond to give her what she wanted. Her glasses arrived quicker than expected. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. 10/10.

I've been coming here for more than 15 years, But I think due to budget cuts no one here can answer the phone anymore. I've been trying to call off and on all day because of a particular insurance issue I'm having. Would have LOVED some feedback before making an appointment. I get three calls a week from eyetx walzem asking me to make an appointment, when I can finally make the time I love that they dont answer their phone!!!! Its really cool and awesome!!!!

I had my eye appointment today with Dr. Elder and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is very professional and he got my vision fixed right up. A true miracle. I didn't know you could do such things with contacts. His assistant manager- Jackie is great! I highly recommend this place for your vision needs.

I'm a shy young adult and they were just the best. Front desk women were so very patient and nice and the eye doctor himself was very upbeat and nice too. I wish I was good at remembering names because they all deserve praise.

This has been our family eye vision center for years. They (staff) are all so patient - very well spoken with both knowledge and experience. You can definitely see and feel that they truly care from both the staff and the eye doctors. I wish they had better eye wear selection (frames) but you are in good hands as far as eye exams, etc. I will always refer them!

I just wanna say exceptional service.Everybody is super patient here.I got my eye exam here.My son did and my daughter all in the same day.And just to add to it, my children had an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the same day.I'm so happy with the services that I was able to receive with this company.I would highly recommend going here.Also , my friend's kids come here as well

Firstly I had an appointment showed up and said it was canceled which made no sense because I booked it online a week in advance and had a confirmation text so they said they had another appointment so I went and waited it out but it took about an extra hour to be seen. I also felt like the front desk people were had a bit of an attitude and a little off putting but decided I need these so I looked aside that. While being seen they asked me to pay to have a extra photo of my eye I didn't mind that but what I did mind was being asked to pay over $100 out of pocket for some frames when my glasses where covered by insurance was told the doctor was trying to add on these extra things so be careful with that other than that it was okay the doctor was very nice but the eyeglasses prices threw me off especially bc I don't ever pay out of pocket it didn't make sense to me my frame was $160 and my insurance covers waay over that so when you go just be careful for that I did talk them to take extras off so if that happens to you pls do the same.
