Greeman & Greeman Doctors of Optometry

Been going here for a long long time. It's like 4 generations of Greeman eye doctors that practiced here. Their knowledge is unsurpassed. I'll put up with the front desk, it's not a problem for me. It's typical every place now, because dealing with the general public is quite a challenge for front desks.

I've been coming here for almost 20 years and I will never go anywhere else. I've seen Dr. K. Greeman and he's always been very detailed and informative. Amy in the front is also the best. I truly look forward to coming in every year. Michelle in the back who handles the glasses and lenses is also fantastic. I've referred several people here as well because of how awesome the service is. If I ever move out of state, I'd honestly consider coming back once a year or so just to see them!

The front desk lady will drive customers away from this place. I really like the doctor and other staff - so much that I am willing to drive across town for my eye exams here. But Amy is horrible. The first time I noticed how rude she was, she was arguing with an elderly patient. She had a really rude and impatient tone. The office had a sign on the door saying to knock (COVID had just started), and when I knocked, she got upset with me and said, "The door was open," in her snotty voice. She answered the phone when I called the other day, and I wanted to hang up as soon as I heard her voice. I knew who she was. And, like always, she was impatient and rude. How does she still work there? After all these other negative reviews, I can see that I am not the only one who feels this way.

Very thorough exam by Dr. Greeman. He nailed my family's prescriptions and thoroughly explained conditions and treatments. Highly recommend! The lady who fits you for the glasses could work on her demeanor, but her character doesn't change my review of our visits.

This office is absolutely top notch ~ by far the most thorough exam and consultation and treatment I've ever had. And I'm over 50so I've seen quite a few offices / eye docs. Kevin Greeman is the most diligent and thorough Eye Doc I have ever seen. And his office and staff are top notch, helpful and courteous! Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Dr.Greeman for about 4 years. I've never had any problems. They are professional, kind and caring. They know me by name and remember what we talked about in our previous visits. It's nice to joke around and be yourself within a professional setting.

Easy to schedule an appointment, receptionist was quite nice. I ended up needing two appointments, and was able to schedule those very quickly, and was seen when my appointment was scheduled with little wait time. I was seen by the younger Dr. Greeman, and he took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explain everything going on.

Dr Greeman is a good doctor. He is easy to understand, I trust that he knows what he's doing.
