The worst medical experience in my years. You are greeted by a locked door. Behind the locked door seats rude reception. The drs don't seem to care because these people have been there a while. Next, my Rx changed from my existing glasses and created a bigger problem than before I visited this office. I went back in for help and was told this could be corrected within 90 days of original exam. I live in Dallas and Austin so I tried to push my appointment out just a couple weeks past the 90 day rule and when I had this conversation with Michelle she was such a stickler about all of this being my fault that she hung up the phone after accusing me of being rude to her. Granted this is an office with a reputation of being rude........ I've requested to speak to the dr but he's out for the office. I never received a call from the Dr.........

My family came for service today. One recently had cataract surgery and found it hard to read directions. That same person is a cancer survivor and their memory is not the best. The service from the optometrist was above reproach however the receptionist is nasty, rude and unprofessional. Customers are a commodity. Loyal customers are invaluable. It does not cost any time or money to be polite. If a person does not want to act professionally then why have her answering phones, greeting customers and handling sensitive patient information? Again, the family that owns and operates the practice are very nice. However she is nasty and makes the whole entire business unwelcoming. Do better ma'am!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Greeman this morning. It was great! He was very professional, nice and informative. His staff was fantastic! Roni was very sweet and pleasant while she did my pre-screening. Michelle helped me look at glasses and was extremely helpful and polite! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with this group. My only negative response is the one gal at the front was clearly having a bad day. She was not polite to me and definitely not polite or professional to her colleagues. Hope she has a better day soon, cause everyone else there was fantastic!

Dr. Greeman and his staff are the best. They work with my schedule for appointments and always follow up on my prescription. I really appreciate the text message reminders to schedule appointments!

I have used Dr. Greeman since I was a child. I am 46 now. I trust him with my eyesight.

The optometrists are great the receptionist on the other hand....
