I will start with this, I should have taken the negative reviews of the staff more serious. The experience has been, well, no good. The doctor was nice, knowledgeable and was good. But the experience with his staff and service recovery has been underwhelming and unacceptable. I was not told the truth, then when I was it was going to be a me problem and not a them problem for their issue. At the end of the day it was made right which I appreciated very much, the path to get there was rough. Then when I had an issue with my prescription, it was as if the problem could have been because I got my glasses at a different company. Well turns out it was the prescription. Again thankful for being seen to get this corrected but the experience to get there was not pleasant. To top it off, the apologies from tenured or management staff came after I asked for it, and same with the doctor. I do hope how he said they are working on consistent service delivery that actually happens. The doctor can be great but when a patient is not treated with respectf and concern, this patients may not return. I do hope others come in and give it a try but mostly I hope they do not end up with this experience we have had. I know there will be a rebuttle to show my faults and blah blah blah. But let me say, you treat others how you are treated and well in this case emotions are triggered when people gaslight and lie to you to not take accountability on their own, only when you make your point, that does trigger people and they react.

I want to preface this by saying I am extremely easy to please. All I ask is for good customer service and communication. With that being said, I took my boys in for an initial eye exam in late November. I was told both pairs of glasses would be ready within 7-10 business days; however, my youngest son's glasses arrived first and I have been waiting on my oldest's for nearly 3 weeks (about 20 business days) and no follow up on the matter has been provided. I was told they were sent to different labs which is why my youngest's came back earlier; however, this was not explained to me during the initial appointment. Also, crucial fees were not billed to me initially (despite me asking if the total I was paying included EVERYTHING), so I was surprised with additional expenses when I picked up my youngest son's glasses. Lastly, our initial appointment lasted nearly 2 hours because we were in the waiting room waiting somewhere between 45mins-hr to be seen. I think this will be my last time with them.

The doctor is good. However, if you ever get glasses and they can't make them right they refuse to give you refunds!! They want to keep trying to remake them and after a couple tries they want to collect more money even though they were made wrong. They couldn't make my daughter's glasses correctly after 3 tries and refused a refund so had to do a dispute. They kept saying she was just too picky! She got them made at Lens Crafters and what do you know they made them right on the first try and she could see perfect! I picked up my glasses and almost had an accident at night because all the car lights were clustered together and when I took them back and told them just give me a refund they said they don't do refunds but that they could troubleshoot and see what the issue could be. Never again will I go there and definitely will not recommend anyone else there!!

They rip you off by refusing refunds on glasses the lab can't make right after 3 - 4 attempts even though you have returned the frames and lenses to them. They have nothing written to inform people of this "no refund policy". So they keep your deposit, your final payment when you pick up the glasses AND they keep your returned frames (which I'm sure they turn around and re-sell) with lenses and YOU GET NOTHING BACK!!!!! My advice is go have your glasses made elsewhere.

I've been a patient for the last few years and Dr. Valderaz and his staff have always been so caring. Everyone is respectful and you can tell they love what they do here. I always recommend my family and friends to come here. Grateful to have been recommended by a friend!

I rated 2 because my first service was ok. The second treatment was not good at all, I was using single vision, but they ordered progressive vision for me. I have to take it back twice to change it, and they still charged me over $500 with insurance. I was dubbed. The staff were nice thou.

The team is very professional. The assistant helped me quickly but also explained every step what he was doing and why. Felt comfortable being there and not just another person to deal with. The Dr. is always great. He's funny and makes the process enjoyable. The staff there are very welcoming and nice. Every step of the way I was greeted with professional and great service. The lady helping me pick out my glasses is super nice and helps out a lot to picking the right frames. Definitely appreciate everyone there and continually go to this office for all my vision needs.

Dr Valderaz is amazing! His entire staff is wonderful too! This new office is so beautiful as well! I have been coming here for many years now. Care and great service is so important! Desiree is the absolute best! She is so patient, understanding, compassionate and kind! I always appreciate her for taking care of me.
