Been going here for the past 5-6 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Fox is my favorite optometrist. She is so sweet and patient. Dr. Fox will answer pretty much any questions about your eyes. As for the staff, Alex has been the best example of EXCELLENT customer service. He is helpful at finding frames that match your lifestyle. Always look forward to coming back and visiting the store when it's my time for a checkup. Highly recommend this business over places like Vision Works etc.

Been going here for over 30 years. I remember when Dr Lujan was my doctor that's how long I've been going here but I'd have to say this is my last. Over the years the staff has gradually declined. They are helpful at times but a good majority of the time they are rude. They rush you and they are careless of your needs. I've been waiting close to 5 weeks for my contacts (which I have never) and they keep blaming my insurance. I called my insurance and they said they received all the documents cut off, incomplete and incorrect so they can't approve anything. I have been calling up there weekly just to find out today it's that. So they blamed my insurance and just whatever the situation. Every time I called it's like I'm inconveniencing them for something that should have been done weeks ago. But I am Now on a search and I hope I find doctors as sweet as the ones I've had but with a better staff. I know that these type of offices are super busy I'm a patient person but it's ridiculous the treatment. I wish I can give a zero star review.

Been going here for at least over 15 years. They have been such a great staff to me and family. Alex in particular went above and beyond to help with my daughter's glasses and I could be more thankful. His customer service is phenomenal. Will always be a loyal customer.

I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to Rose and Alex! Thank you for putting up with me! I am a very indecisive person, especially when it comes to something as particular as eyeglasses. I had a hard time deciding on which pair to choose out of many. Rose remained patient with me the entire time and Alex gave his input also. I am so indecisive that I called back about 30 minutes later to change my mind yet again! I'm sure they were annoyed with me on the inside lol but they didn't show it and I appreciate it! I have been coming to this office for quite some time (5+ years or so) and I highly recommend! Dr Kasin is simply the Best! If you have an option to choose which doctor you want to see, choose her! She is so kind and knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Thank you all again

Before your first appointment, they will let you know an expected cost for the appointment and frame allowance. I was also given a trial pair of contacts and, when I did not love them, we easily switched. There is no charge for follow ups within 60 days in order to confirm the contact rx. I felt like everything was adequately explained to me and I love my new glasses

I got glasses a while ago here! They are the best glasses I ever had. The blue light filter makes working in front of a computer manageable again!! Thank you so much!!

I've been coming to this since I was a kid. Going way back when they were across the street at Crossroads (Wonderland) mall. I've tried other places at the beginning. However this is the best place for me and my family. 1) They work well with my insurance. 2) They have a great selection to choose from. 3) The place is always clean. 4) Everyone is always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. 5) They gave us a list with three different prices; that our insurance will cover. Each price has a list of frames to choose from. So anything above that price we simply pay the difference. This way we're not having to figure out how much out of pocket we're having to pay. 6) Eample - Recently I just went there to have my eyes exam and order new glasses. My wife was there with me and she was doing the same. I was seen first and while I was in the back. My wife with a staff member buying me a new frame. I had broken my old one; before Christmas. They helped her find a new one and took my old lenses out to place into the new frame. They helped give us they're opinion on the frames we're looking at. They also explain why they would go with certain ones. While we're ordering our glasses. They itemized everything for us. This way we knew how much our insurance paid for, and how much we were paying. They never rushed us on anything. The doctor took her time with the exam to make sure We had exactly what we needed. We both walked out that day with our glasses order. Also very happy that they took care of us. We both will definitely keep coming back like always.

I have been with Jackson & Lujan for 4 years. Three pairs of glasses. But, for the past 5 weeks my glasses aren't ready. Went I first dropped them off I was told the cloudy glass was my flaunt. I was NEVER TOLD not to use wipes. Still waiting, they have no clue!!! Horrible customer service. Second time waiting for them.
