Had cataracts surgery several years ago and it went very well, Dr. Kavanagh and the staff were great then. Lately the office staff is not very good - had some questions about a procedure and wanted to talk to Dr Kavanagh. Been calling for over a week now, procedure is tomorrow and he either isn't getting his messages or is unwilling to call me. I'm frustrated and disappointed, will change doctors for sure.

I've gone 3 times to his office for my leaky runny eye I've had problems with for maybe 2 or 3 years now. Still leaking. He said nothing is wrong with my eye. I've ended up paying several co pays and hit with a $300 bill and still no answers about my eye. Also the last visit he prescribed me something. No one has called me about it nor follow up. It's been months and not a peep about the prescription.

I have been a patient of Dr Kavanagh for many years. He took care of my glaucoma of the eyes and I have not had problems. He always checks the eye pressure to make sure it is doing well. I receive all the testing tthat are needed for the eyes. I trust Dr Kavanagh with all the care he does for my eyes.

Dr Kavanagh is an excellent doctor and does really really good work. His attention to detail and explaining things to you is awesome. I have been seeing him for quite a while now, and he has done surgery on my eyes and things went by the numbers. I trust him with all of my vision needs in regards to the health of my eyes with my Diabetes.

First time to ever call Eye Associates of South Texas to try & schedule appointment with Dr. Kavanagh worst customer skills by a CSR name Gloria. She us laughing when she answered the phone then had a rude tone as though I was bothering her. Responses were short & pompous with arrogance she needs training in soft skills. I am sure they lose business due to lack of phone etiquette! Thank goodness we have choices

Very disappointed with this group there care is about quantity not quality, they never call you back you wait close to an hour to speak to someone,when you see the doctor you wait over 2 hours to just have 5 minutes with him, and are you kidding me 80 to 90 patients a day that's ridiculous.Were moving on for sure.
