Thanks to their efficiency and transparency, I now have my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 and I couldn't be happier.
Throughout the process, the team maintained consistent communication, which made all the difference. When I arrived to pick up my glasses, Megan (I believe that was her name incredibly kind and attentive) greeted me warmly, knew exactly who I was, and had everything prepped for a smooth try-on and handoff. I was in and out with zero hassle.

I had went to previous stores before settling on LensCrafters, every store I had went to said they didn't want to risk breaking the glasses on the hinges. When I had ask if they did repairs and Maria had told me yes but they were not liable if they had broke, so I took the risk and said yes because I really needed my girlfriends glasses repaired. And to my surprise Maria fixed them with no problem free of charge! Honestly was very grateful thank you so much again Maria!
