(Excellent Dr Tillas and staff.) Dr Tillas helped get eye glass for my 92 year mother that could no loger walk. She had referred my to eye surgeons who did my lenses and much more. Absolutely love her.

The entire staff is so friendly here, which is a refreshing change from most medical offices. Sarah is very easy to talk to and made the initial testing, which is normally very awkward, a quick and enjoyable experience. Dr. Perez is wonderful! She is so nice and took the time to go through the images and explain what we were looking at. I haven't been able to find anywhere else that was so thorough and able to build immediate trust.

I am new to San Antonio and chose Vision Source based on location and convenience. My first encounter was with the eye technician, Sarah. She was helpful with her instructions during the eye exams and her explanations between contact and glasses preferences. Dr. Perez was very thorough in her detailed examination of my eyes. Lastly, I enjoyed Louis' fashion knowledge and experience to fit you for the perfect eyewear.

The staff is very nice, but making someone wait for more that 30 minutes for an eye exam is unacceptable. If more patients tell the doctor I've been waiting for 30 minutes, I'm leaving, never return, and write a bad review maybe business will be more respectful of their clients time. When I said I'm leaving they said we're cleaning a room right now. They had just brought another patient back to an exam room. I sat back down in the small waiting room knowing I needed to be somewhere else so I got up, not making a seen, and walked out. I did call the office after leaving to let the front desk know I left not because of them and wanted them to know I was not upset with them. Trying to be nice to the staff that I'm sure get many upset clients.

Diane Diaz assistant manager went beyond customer service. I had a pair of costa sunglasses that failed. Costa stated they didn't make the model any more as I had sent them pictures and stated I was out of luck to get them repaired or replaced. I googled a Costa dealer near by and found Vision Source. Diane took the time to look at my glasses and called Costa direct they the person stated they still have them in stock. Diane got my sunglasses replaced. It is hard to find service like this nowadays and so happy to get my fishing sunglasses back. Great job Diane and the team at Vision Source Leon Springs.

I can't say enough good things about this office! If you have small kids go here. Avery, the assistant was amazing with my daughters, 4 & 6 years old. Dr. Perez was outstanding with them as well! They made the whole process so fun and my daughter was very comfortable. I was very impressed by everyone, they were friendly and kind to my kids! We will be going here from now on!Thank you!!

I enjoyed the doctor but not happy w the fact that they don't have many contact options on hand when trying transition to contacts. You have limited time to find right pair/brand but they don't have the stock on hand like many other offices to transition smoothly. Have to wait for back order and they are very strict about not trying few strengths at same time to find right one. My back order is a strength I know already doesn't work for me but they said I have to get that in first before they let me try different options. Despite liking Dr I will not use them again for this reason. Have never experienced this in past plus selection of designer frames not plentiful so don't wanna order glasses here either in meantime.
