Beautiful clinic with really cool frames! Dr. Morar is honest, friendly and explains things very well. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I find these qualities are difficult to find in a business these days. Very happy here.

Dr. Morar and Dr. Choy and the team were amazing! Super friendly staff, clean office, and I never felt rushed. The doctors explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. They even helped me pick out the perfect glasses. Highly recommend! 10/10!!

Dr. Choy is amazing! She takes the time to listen and is very attentive. She will find any way she can to help you and will even go out of her way. She will call you personally to explain things and answer questions. All around she's a great Dr. and person!

Let me start by saying that Dr. Choy is excellent - knowledgeable, thorough, and consistently professional. Unfortunately, the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. During my most recent visit, the staff member that assisted me was very inattentive and dismissive. I then received my frames with no further explanation or follow-up. It's disappointing when the quality of care from the doctor is not matched by the support staff. Hopefully they can improve their front office experience.

Dr. Morar and her team are phenomenal! I've never received such personalized and caring treatment from other clinics. Having a prescription that can make it difficult when receiving new glasses, Dr. Morar and the ladies up front have taken the time on different occasions to ensure everything about my glasses are correct and will troubleshoot until they are perfect (same goes for contacts). Her team is amazing at following up and keeping you in the loop if there are any delays while awaiting. Lifetime goes the extra mile providing quality care!

If I could give this place a "zero" I would. When I first began to come here several years ago, they were very friendly and professional. As they began to grow and expand their business, I noticed the prices increased significantly and the customer service took a nose dive. I have taken my business elsewhere, and will not ever return to this establishment!

This review is long overdue. I visited Lifetime Family Eye Care in order to help my 5 year old obtain her first pair of glasses. I was impressed with their customer service for scheduling and their patience and thoroughness with our visit. Their professionalism made my 5 year old super excited to get her glasses. She picked a design not available in store and they gladly ordered exactly what she wanted and called me when the glasses were ready for pick up. We're going on 2 years now as customers and I can tell you, there isn't a time we haven't been impressed / satisfied from start to finish.

I went with my wife and we went early prior to her appointment so she could look at frames and selected a few to leave with the receptionist for after the exam. The receptionist told my wife the frames would be waiting. When the exam was over, my wife went to try the frames she had left with the receptionist and the frames were gone, as was the receptionist. Another woman proceeded to pile frames on a table that were not my wife's choices. She reluctantly made a choice anyway & paid for extras. No receipt or written prescription was ever offered or given before we left. We go home and days went by, heard nothing from this business, no emails to update status, no receipt, no copy of new prescription...nothing. Basically, there was zero communication & no updates from this company, even after my wife called and left a message the previous Friday, 4 days after our visit & exam. Her call was never returned. It was as though we were never there. We then called & spoke to Desiree a few days later, who said over & over that they sent emails. They were never received on our end from Lifetime Family Eyecare. Had to go pickup the prescription & receipt the next morning, cancelled the glasses my wife ordered and reordered from an online company. Those emails came in swiftly so there was no problem with our email address. Although Dr. Choy was wonderful and we were pleased with the exam, 10 stars for her, we wouldn't recommend this clinic and won't be back in the future.
