First ever visit to this location. Doors opened on time. Receptionist was very friendly. When it was my turn the associate took me back and was very polite and caring during the entire initial eye exam. Only had to wait another 10 minutes to see the doctor. Confirmed surgery needed and gave me some suggestions to treat my eyes. He was friendly. Everything went very smoothly

I had the best experience at the Northeast facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful with us all. The wait time is very short, the staff is very knowledgeable and very efficient. Dr. Singer is such a great person and by the time I got finished with my procedure, it didn't feel like it was a lot of time. Keep up the amazing job.

A new technician examined my eyes for first time since I started treatment with MCOA. He is professional & courteous. A younger Ophthalmologist; Dr Nolan has been doing my major annual exam since Dr Evans retired 2 years ago. Over all these years Dr Evans removed cataracts, laser implanted binocular lens, & monitored me for glaucoma. Happy with the exams & treatments I have received here & at the Heubner location. Result of 2025 examination: No glaucoma. No damage to eyes caused by diabetes. Good vision. Satisified with the service received today.

Not real personable but seemed professional. Took my elderly uncle in but I will be recommending a new place for future visits. It's not worth an hour and half drive just because he's familiar with this place. Plus we have to fill the prescription for his glasses somewhere else because $850. For new glass is ridiculous .

I am so proud of the staff and especially Dr. Nolan in working with Betty to get her through her eye exam. Thank you, the entire staff.
