We had to travel from over two hours away to get the specialized appointment we needed and the staff recognized this and went the extra mile to be sure they accomplished all they could while we were there. We have a special needs child who is so sweet but is certainly a challenge to get good measurements for... and again the staff was so patient and accommodating... we never got the feeling they were frustrated or that we were putting them out. In all, they treated us like they would want to be treated.

Wow! Talk about a one stop shop for all of your eye care needs. I was able to get a same day appointment for an annual eye exam as well as order my custom prescription immediately after my exam. It had been nearly 25 years since my last eye exam, and the folks at MCOA did not disappoint and were very professional and friendly throughout my encounter.
I'd also like to personally thank Dr. Ehiem for being one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth health care providers in San Antonio.

My only recommendation is to slow down the actual appointment process a bit. I realize that you have many patients but sometimes communication can fall through the cracks when the staff is in a hurry.

Dr. Cohen was very nice, exam was painless & diagnosis was quick. I am very pleased of the time spent @ MCOA. I've been a patient of Dr. Fisher's for many years; however, he was unavailable yesterday.
