I was referred by another scleral contact lens specialist . Waited 50 minutes past appointment time. Gave insurance info over the phone when making apt. again in an email they sent me for more in-depth info on my history. I supplied color photos from and back of dr. lic and all insurance cards. when I showed up to apt. I was asked to furnish my ins card. I asked why? when I had supplied it twice before. the receptionist replied its just easier but I can get it from the computer .( she had it but was too lazy to open my account to get it) I supplied the card so not to cause a stir on my first visit. The receptionist might had been having a bad day but this could have been easily corrected just buy saying let me take a look at your account and see if we have all the info we need The staff was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable. Dr Frogozo was very nice and one of only a hand full { 12} I think}of scleral /cornea specialists in the country . she answered all my questions. My visit was successful. Sometimes you have to keep the big picture in sight {pun intended} and just let the small things slide I recommend Dr Frogozo to anyone who has complicated cornea issues.

My eye visits are always a great experience. Dr. Frogozo is caring, knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. After going to 3 eye doctors with night vision concerns, she was the only one who noticed my eyelids had fallen which was limiting the amount of light entering my eyes esp in the evening. She referred me to a great surgeon who confirmed her diagnosis and performed a minor procedure. I can now read at night without a flashlight and I no longer have to be home by the time it gets dark....which has greatly improved the quality of my life. My follow-up visits are very informative and I always leave with new info to maintain my eye health.

We had a nice visit with Dr. Frogozo. Alexis at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was like the cherry on top of the ice cream; made our visit that much better. The office had a welcoming atmosphere and of course Dr. Frogozo was amazing! Her knowledge, demeanor, and the way she was able to make us feel like we are her most important patients; amazing! She certainly, made us feel special.

Extinct customer service that you will only find here. I have lived in almost every state along the east coast and several in the Midwest and not one has even come close to the feeling of the experience I have had with Dr. Melanie Frogozo. They take the time to assure that you are completely educated on your visit as to what to expect and what's being done in your visit. Answering all your concerns to assure we are on the same page for your visual care. I would make the 4 hour drive every time for this level of care I've received. Plus the clear and awesome fit of my contacts has far surpassed what I have ever had in my lifetime. And I've been wearing contacts for over 30 years. I want to thank you Dr. Melanie Frogozo for the excellent customer service you provided to me. I am so greatly appreciative for giving me my vision back. God bless you.

We love Dr. Frogozo! She was able to fit my daughter to her 1st set of contacts when a different practice was unable to. Also with her expertise, my daughter is contact and glasses free during the day and now wears only corrective contacts at night. Such sweet liberation.

Dr. Melanie Frogozo is what we would like every doctor to be like. I wish there was more caring and understanding people like her in this world. She goes above and beyond for her patients. You won't be disappointed being her patient. Her staff are all efficient and friendly too.
