Mi Vision Eye Care

I came Last Saturday for an eye exam And I was a little disappointed with the service. I came back today, Friday, 6 February and received some of the best service that I ever have been given from an optometrist. The doctor gave me back a full exam over the issues I was having and worked with me on taking the time and finding out the adjustments that I needed for my contacts. Furthermore, he took the time to explain some of the issues that could be occurring with the older contacts that I have and may be going to a new prescription or a different brand again I really appreciate his time and effort. Regardless of the fact of how I felt the Previous week about the service that I received, his staff was cordial and respectful on every level The Visit that I have today with the doctor Really changes my viewpoint on Mi Casa Optometrist I definitely will be coming back to this location.

Doc was nice answered any questions I had gave me a selection of colors for my eyes instead of just what I was thinking I wanted n it helped me pick what specific color I liked. The assistance there was nice friendly n cool, they even helped me pick glasses as I told them how I dress n the ones the I chose I love.

I came here a few months ago after getting a new insurance carrier and they do not carry Acuvue Oasys which is what my eyes prefer. After the first fitting, I was willing to give the airoptix a try even though I still had slightly blurry vision. After a few days, I returned and requested a stronger prescription because everything past 15 feet was blurry, and I definitely could not make out letters on highway and street signs. Dr. Cuba refused to change my prescription as he "agreed with his colleague" on the prescription issued. He fitted me for a different brand of contacts and I managed for a few weeks but still could not see farther than 50 feet. Ultimately, I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket to ensure I could get the correct prescription and actually see. If you like airoptix, this is probably a good place for you.

Eye exam was good, doctor was nice but the prices of the lens and frames were definitely up there even for the "cheaper options". Went to Eyemart for my lens and frames. Got 2! And was still $80 cheaper.

Great staff and service. Dr Cuba and his team have provided my vision care for several year and has always given me top notch care

My son and I entered the place just right now to look for some glasses and not once were we greeted or asked if we needed help or anything good job guys keep it up!!!! Was needing to make a purchase. Everyone just sitting down and talking girls in the back the guy in the middle offices and the girls up front disappeared.

I have purchased 2 prescription glasses from Mi vision and they have been excellent. Friendly every single time and they provide so many options. My favorite is how fast they can turn around your glasses. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking!
