I am a new patient to Mission Vision and I was very pleased with how clean bright and open it looked. Very welcoming with complimentary coffee and beverages. My eye testing with Cassy who did all the initial tests and she made me so comfortable and explained everything in great detail what each test was for and what I should expect which greatly eased my anxiety. My full exam was done by Dr.Mata and I was so pleased by her patience and every exam and test was explained to me in great detail. I never felt rushed nor as if my questions were of no importance. She was extremely pleasant and helpful I was assisted by an optician named Hector who provided and showed me different options and styles of new eyewear. I never felt rushed or pushed with my purchase. I look forward to my follow up visit and highly recommend this location that offers cleanliness and superb customer service

The staff does not communicate the process well to clients. The front desk staff is not friendly or welcoming. Also when I called about my glasses no one told me the office hours changed. When I picked up my glasses, I was not offered a bag. The staff just handed me the glasses in a case and cleaner. I will never come return for service again.

This place is fantastic. Professional and friendly. Each person takes their time and thoroughly explains each step, each procedure. Dr. Mata has that same touch. Patient, kind, and a wonderful person to talk to as well.

There are multiple vision chains in San Antonio. They all have do well but Dr.Robison and his staff are top notch. They always great you with a smile and are out for your best interest and optical care. They also have a fantastic eyeglass selection, for ladies they have Vera, Tiffany's and Versace, for the gentlemen they have Ray Ban, Oakley, Costa and more. During your visit they want to know you and not run you through as another appointment. What a breath of fresh air!

I have been coming here since 2021 and Dr Robison and staff are always so helpful and polite. I love that they are now having patients sign contact lens exam forms that show up front pricing, length of wear, and they go over how to care for the contacts. I have never had another dr go through so much for MY eye health and to ensure I knew all my options. I love that they give 60 days to make ANY changes to my contacts if I am not happy with my preferred brand Thank you again Dr Robison and staff for always going a live and beyond.

Dr. Robison has been our trusted doctor for years, delivering excellent vision care as our children grew into adulthood--a consistently positive experience thanks to his expertise. We had an issue with our daughter's prescription not fitting well and there was a misunderstanding on the process to switch contact lenses a few calls with the staff and the issue was not resolved As a result a two star review was left. **Update: Same day I received a call from Dr. Robison regarding the review and he wanted to talk and help resolve the issue and explain his review of the situation. Dr Robison kindly offered to get a new contact exam the next business day for a new prescription. Ultimately this may not work out but I appreciate him calling to figure out a resolution. Dr. Robison definitely cares about his patients and as a result I have update the review rating.
