Great experience! I was cheerfully greeted by receptionists at the front desk who assisted me in completing necessary forms. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. The ophthalmology technician was thorough, patient and friendly. She was sure to explain each of the procedures before initiating them and escorted me into the ophthamologist's office where the exam was concluded. Dr. Rivera was also very thorough and professional, and answered my questions satisfactorily. I appreciate being afforded a discount on the exam since my insurance isn't accepted. Overall, I am deeply satisfied with my visit at Modern Eyecare - Alamo Ranch and will return when needed.

Order and paid for my contacts 2 weeks ago. Was told they would be delivered in 3-4 days. Waited a week and they never showed. Called them this past Monday and was told they would be delivered Thursday and was told to call if they didnt show so they could file a claim with the carrier? Edit: Drove to their office on Saturday and was just informed the contacts had been delivered to their office on Thurday. When I asked why no one called to tell me, all they could say was that they were sorry. Think I'll order contacts online next time.
