Modern EyeCare was absolutely top-notch from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and that same level of excellent service continued throughout my entire visit.
My eye doctor-Dr. Hernandez, I believe--was amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, immediately putting me at ease. I was nervous about needing bifocals, but she took the time to reassure me and helped me feel confident that they would look great.
Next door at LensCrafters, I experienced the same outstanding level of customer service. Everything from start to finish was seamless and professional. I truly have never felt more welcomed in an establishment before.
Thank you to both Modern EyeCare and LensCrafters for such an incredible experience. The customer service truly meant a lot to me.

Although Dr.V was phenomenal the staff does not communicate and is unprofessional.
Hours and dates open have changed with no communication to patient leaving us to have to call every day or so to attempt to pick up contacts when they had a doctor in office. If there was no doctor in office they wouldn't open the location at all. Victor, supervisor, possessed the "okay" attitude. Caroline, supervisor, was very helpful and empathetic to the fact that we as a customer had not been able to pick up contacts we were needing.
Thank you to those 2 individuals but will no longer be using this location..

Dr. Hernandez gave several options and we both decided on what was best for me when selecting the most appropriate context that would best suit me The the staff is Wonderful and very welcoming. I have been seeing an Eye Doctor annually for 40 years. Dr. McNally was the first one who ever looked a bit deeper, asked better questions and addressed items that no other Doctor has. No more finding a new Doctor every year. Doctor McNally is my go to from now on. I will be recommending her to everyone.

My second location of this office to be seen at but this time I came in with concerns regarding my vision that were urgent and was able to have an appointment same day. Not a long wait at all. Dr. Garcia was able to give me a piece of mind with my symptoms. The breakdown and explanation of my vision concerns were in terms I could understand and the photos of my eyes definitely helped me see first hand what she was talking about.
