I was a returning customer until today. Customer service their has really gone downhill. My son had exam and glasses ordered from different location and shipped to this one. We received emails and wife even called in to confirm they had arrived. We were told yes, so we made the drive only for them to state they are not there. They kept opening the same 2 drawers which obviously after 1st time not there, they are not going to magically appear. What made them lose my business was how rude and hostile the lady working on 1/30/26 @ 330pm. I have gone to this company to order both glasses and sunglasses, wife and kids the same, I even recommended thme to other people. I will now recommend people not to after this crappy experience.

They had me in and out very quickly. Friendly Doctor and helpful staff. Great selection of glasses and economical. I will be back and highly recommended. Myra even cleaned my glasses and tightened the temples, which I didn't eve ask for, :)

I had a positive experience with the optometrist and their assistant, both of whom were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, that quality of care did not extend to the checkout process. The man handling my billing became visibly agitated and curt the moment he realized I was only there for an eye exam and wouldn't be purchasing frames. His demeanor shifted from professional to dismissive instantly. To cap off the interaction, he didn't even offer a standard 'have a nice day' or anything of the sort; instead, he grabbed a ringing phone and pointedly turned his shoulder toward me while I was still sitting there. It was the kind of petty, moody behavior you'd expect from a teenager, not a professional. I'd recommend the doctors, but because of the hostile checkout experience, I won't be back.

The staff was absolutely kind and courteous and very helpful. * Charles and the lady sitting next to him were very clear and thoroughly answered our questions. * The sweet young lady that checked our pressures was a very pleasant & gentle person. * Dr. Diskins took his time with the eye exam and made sure that we were not rushed. He was very informative and clear with his information. He does well on breaking the ice with his new patients. I really believe he just wants people to be comfortable and relaxed. * Precious assisted us in picking out frames for my husband and she is an incredibly patient and understanding person. We had a very good experience with our visit.

I had a great experience at this location. This was my first time going to an eye doctor and was not sure what to expect. Everyone in the front was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Diskin was very quick but thorough, and had great banter. I was in and out within an hour with my frames picked out. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses!

Superb experience! From the front desk to the very end. I was greeted, checked in , and informed of several options available for frames by the receptionist as I waited. During my examination, I explained I was having difficulty seeing close and finding myself utilizing my reading glasses often. Dr. Rodriguez took his time with me, made a few adjustments, and I was good to go! Upon check out, Mayra was so informative from my copays with lenses, available options on my high index lenses, knowledge and craftsmanship of the frames, pricing and helping me decide my best options for me. She literally took the time to explain and answer all my questions. She was spectacular! The icing on the cake is that they were very busy and I still received superb customer service! They were definitely on their game! Thank you for your excellent service!
