The father and son team are excellent! But the front desk personnel she is very rude and not forth coming with information! We've been driving 4 hour round trip for 7 years. We went in July just for her to tell us that it would be more then a $100 for all four of us to be see. Then she added that our insurance didn't cover routin eye exams so then my husband said then cancel our appointments. We got on the phone with our insurance and they said they did cover eye exams so then my husband went back into the office and he still had the insurance on the line and told the front office that the insurance would cover the exams and then that's when she started raising her voice saying then why hasn't the insurance company payed us yet. There we a lot of people in the waiting room hearing all of this! Then my husband just walk outside and said she must known that she was going to pull this stunt on us awhile back that's why she had a full house! They could of told us that with a courtesy call a long time before because I always make our appointments a year in advance! This just tells me that they never valued my girls!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The front office is clueless in properly charging you. They didn't even take the time to run the insurance before charging me. It is already hard enough to deal with insurance companies and they made it much harder by charging me then trying to run insurance. Then when I asked for an itemized receipt I received 3 and none of them added up to what I was charged. Again, DO NOT GOT HERE!!

Don't you love when your doctor's know you by name? When I step into their office they already know me by name. They honestly remember you. They help you pick out the best glasses. There is hardly any wait time.

I've been going here for a couple years now, and have never had an issue. I was surprised to see the negative reviews about the front desk. They have always been incredibly nice to me.

Been seeing both Drs. Greeman for many years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They take excellent care of me and the rest of my family. They are the best. -- Eric Whittington

Wow!!! Lady at front desk(Amy) super rude! Rude to the customer and to her fellow co-workers. Very bad customer service
