The provider and staff here are all great. Nancy is so good at helping you pick just the right frames. I have not been unhappy with any of the glasses I have purchased here over the last several years. Highly recommend Nevelow Eye Associates.

Dr. Erin and Nancy are amazing people, with impeccable knowledge, and they truly care for your eye health and needs. This is the only office I will bring my family to.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. All of the staff are amazing. Not only are they professional they are very efficient and respectful of your time.

I was a new customer to this office, I have never had an eye exam before. Dr.Nevelow was nice in the beginning of our appointment, then seemed to get irritated with me towards the end. She moved very fast and it was my first eye exam EVER so I didn't know what to expect. I felt that she could have been more patient than she was. Also I saw MAJOR HIPAA violations-she left an unlocked screen with all her patients for the day and info on them...including mine. The lady who helped purchase my glasses was extremely nice -had a ponytail with straight hair. I went back last week to get my frames adjusted they were extremely loose. No problem, so I go in and there is a lady with curly short hair and a part down the middle, who helped me. She was not very welcoming, I told her what was wrong with the glasses and she proceeded to undermine everything I had just said about the glasses and tells me what needs to be done. She then dips them into some liquid solution and damages the film on my glasses. I had to go back again later that day and let them know what they had done. I completely understand things happen, shouldn't be big deal. I went in and there is a lady there with blonde hair and back in a ponytail, she's the main office lady there. I told her the issue, and then once again another employee not listening, to what I said, she takes my glasses from me and said let me clean them. I told her I cleaned them already and that is not the issue. She takes them anyways, cleans them and hands them back to me to see if they are "better" I didn't even try them on because that wasn't the issue. I asked if she look at the glasses closely and see what I am talking about. She then FINALLY looks at the glasses and says oh yes I see this is due to heat. I told her they were not like that this morning until I brought them here, she then cuts me off, raises her hand to me (Motioning to stop talking), and says that's fine we will replace them. I was treated as a CHILD, to STOP TALKING. It's almost impossible to get these employees to listen to your problem. They do what they think is right first, mess up your glasses, then will eventually listen to your problem. It's as if they treat you like a child. I paid a pretty nice bill for my glasses, no questions asked and this is how a new customer gets treated. I'm all about small businesses and that's how I wanted to spend my money with this company. I will not be returning and please take this review into consideration when searching for an eye doctor. I don't EVER right reviews, because I know people have off days. But this was on another level of rude and bad customer service.

When considering an optometrist for myself and family, I was pleasantly surprised by the reviews that Dr. Nevelow had! After all, selecting any healthcare provider from a list, is less than a stellar option. So, I made our appointments. Suffice it to say that all the positive reviews were spot on. Not only does Dr. N and staff make you feel at home, they make sure each and every concern or question is addressed! I never feel rushed when there and know that I am in good hands! Make sure to consider Dr. Nevelow when looking for a personable and professional experience!

I'll never go here again and here's why: Both my daughter and I, who have the same insurance, were seen for glasses/contacts and were billed completely different. I tried taking care of the billing issue at the office but they were sure they were right. I contacted my insurance who got involved on my behalf and I ended with a refund because of incorrect billing. Not sure how or why they billed us differently, normally I go to the Costco optical and have zero issues. I give 2 stars because the doctor and optician were friendly.

Absolutely will not be going back next year for my eye exam. Dr Erin Nevelow(pretty sure that's her name) was argumentative the entire time. Refused to help me get a brand of contacts that I wanted, insulted my sister, who was a patient of hers, by implying she knew nothing about contact brands when my sister worked for an optometrist and Dr Nevelow was very aware of that fact and even knows the optometrist she worked for and called her by name. Absolutely terrible experience, just for me to call back THREE WEEKS later to find out they never ordered my trial pair of contacts, because for some reason there is an additional charge, on top of my insurance copay, of $50 to order a pair of TRAIL contacts in the brand I wanted. Absolutely believe they are just scamming for more money at this point. The staff was friendly, but Dr Nevelow is the worst optometrist I have ever been to. 0/10 don't go

Would literally give -100 stars if I could. Being harassed by collection agency 36 hours after I had an appointment and they wrongly told me they took my insurance and then figured out they didn't after I saw the doctor. They had ample time to figure that out before I saw the doctor over a half hour actually more than that if you consider the time I called hours before, When I made the appointment. They are shady as hell. Go anywhere but here. I have never left a bad review for a place, I usually just skip returning, but I'm doing this to save anybody that happens to read it. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm going to see a lawyer. Have never had an experience like this with a medical professional or their staff. They should be put out of business.
