Dr. Delgado has served my family for nearly two decades. They are professional, highly trained, and well-educated in their respective fields. From accommodating same-day repairs so I could get back to work after cracking my frame, to consistently providing outstanding care, they have never ceased to impress me.

Dr. Morales and his team have always been attentive and professional. I live in the NW and kept him as my eye doctor.

The optometrist is great, absolutely great. Now the front desk, horrible. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES IN DIFFERENT DAYS AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I literally cannot get ahold of anyone. I have gone there and stood at the front alone for 30 minutes until SOMEONE came out and they weren't helpful. I also was given attitude by the front desk when asking about pricing, as if it was a chore for her to explain to me what the prices that I'M PAYING were. And speaking of, I paid a crap ton of money for my contacts and I cannot get ahold of ANYONE TO ASK IF THEY'RE READY!! bc Lord knows they won't call me when they are. I want my contacts and to be done with this place. I absolutely love the actual optometrist and would consider coming back for just prescriptions but other than that, hell no. Get it together front desk

Dr. Del Gado is awesome! I've never had an eye exam before so I didn't know what to expect but he made it very easy and was super informative. I will definitely be back

Dr Delgado was great. He listened very to my eye and vision concerns. He explained everything to me. The staff is great. Everyone there was happy and had a positive attitude. I love my new glasses! My thanks to the guy who fitted my glasses.

Eye exam visit was fine but glasses and contacts took forever to come in and when asking questions to the guy helping with my glasses he told me everything was included in the price mentioned to me. Later to find out that I have to pay even more money. Not worth it at all and terrible experience. Will not come back.

This place is great if you have more time than money. I always have to wait over one hour to be seen by the doctor. Frames are slightly overpriced but the selection is good. If you have vision insurance, that they take, you will get out pretty reasonably. Again, if you have time I recommend N.E. Vision Source and Dr. Delgado, he is very experienced and takes his time with patients.

The staff is amazing. They're a big family! The receptionist/Assistants went the extra mile in SO MANY ways to schedule and even research a place that accommodated my insurance!! Marcus is a man of his craft for quick repairs, and there is no hassle, he's been doing this a long time and it shows. However Eric Delgado, their ocular doctor is a wise and caring man, he talks fast but everything he says is easy to understand and very important. They are also very clean and friendly.
