Nueva Vista Eyecare is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the level of eye care we received was excellent. The staff was wonderful--kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions with genuine care and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, they made my son feel extremely comfortable. He received the best care, and it was clear that the team truly cares about their patients. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Nueva Vista Eyecare to anyone looking for top-quality eye care and an outstanding staff.

I had an absolutely lovely experience today at Nueva Vista Eyecare! The facility is clean and so welcoming, not to forget the total dream team running it Dr Lopez utilizes state of the art equipment making the eye exam a breeze. Picking out glasses and ordering contacts with staff was simple as they were upfront about cost even during customization. So happy I found a place for my eye care needs!

I have been wearing glasses for such a a long time and used to go to another eye doctor on Potranco and didn't like it so I came to Wendy, Jasmine, and Richard and they were hands down the best! I never had an experience like the one I had. I had my whole family and they were so sweet to my kids and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. It is so family oriented!!! We laughed and joked but most of all they helped me put my contacts in and take them out as it was my first time! It was the best experience ever. We are definitely coming back. Thank you Wendy, Jasmine and Richard for giving my family and myself a great experience

They were very nice and professional at their office. We were able to meet our technician, eye doctor, and get glasses in a reasonable time. I took my children and were able to get to finish everything under a hour. The place was very clean and I loved the set up of the office. I will come back to this office, they were amazing!

My family all had eye appointments back to back and they were so quick! Dr. Lopez's office was brand new and modern. She is very friendly and very personable. Ordering my glasses was easy and the pick up was even easier! Highly recommend: x10

This is a great office. I have been an eyeglasses wearer for a long time and this place was truly an excellent experience of professionalism, usage of the best technology and a fantastic assortment of new eyewear to choose from. I bought 2 pair. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient as well as personable. I love that I found my new place to treat and care for my eyes and my family eyes. I truly recommend you visit for yourself.

Very professional and friendly staff The dr. Was super nice and made my visit memorable making jokes and laughing with me. they had a handful of good name brand glasses and other affordable brands but i would have given it a 5 star if they carried more styles. All in all would recommend!

I had such a great experience at Nueva Vista Eyecare with Dr. Wendy Lopez and her wonderful staff. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming and friendly. I had an appointment for both myself and my daughter. My exam went smoothly, and I was able to get both contacts and glasses. What really stood out was how Dr. Lopez treated my little one. She was very nervous at first and it took her some time to warm up, but Dr. Lopez was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, which made all the difference. If you're looking for an eye doctor who works well with kids, this is the place to go. I also appreciated how reasonably priced the frames were and the variety of styles to choose from. The contact lens pricing was also very fair. Overall, I highly recommend Nueva Vista Eyecare for both adults and children!
