I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Ms. Hortencia Sanchez for the care and attention she showed me during my visit.
From the moment we spoke, I genuinely felt seen, heard, and valued, not just as a patient, but as a person. That level of thoroughness and intention is rare, and it meant more to me than I can adequately put into words.

Upon entering today, 1-8-26, there was a man at the front, he said how can I help you very dry no expression on his face that was fine. However, within seconds, he was rude. I have been there several times what happened to all the nice ladies that were at the front desk previously, his whole demeanor was very offputting for no reason at all, and I wasn't sure if it was me overthinking so I turned my 15 year-old daughter and she was like yeah he's very rude and I said I don't mind paying out of pocket but do you want to cancel your appointment and she said absolutely for a 15-year-old to say you shouldn't spend your money where you don't feel welcome is very mature of her. We definitely will not be back so please remove us from your books.
We had two appointments and after speaking to him within minutes, I instantly cancel mine. My daughters was more important so I stayed longer speaking to him, figuring out if I was paying cash or using my ex-husband's insurance however, we end up leaving and will not return.

Been using this practice for almost 4 years, but have to switch to a different provider immediately. Service provision has completely deteriorated. Had my annual eye check scheduled weeks in advance as is the practice for today 11/24. Rescheduled a critical trip and took a day off work for this appointment. I got a cancelation text message 45mins to scheduled appointment as I was driving to appointment. Front desk staff who took my call cited family emergency reasons for whoever doctor was meant to see me, lacked complete professional courtesy given the circumstances and just offered to reschedule me for another day. The nerve! Don't waste your time with this practice if you're looking. Just read other reviews and make a better choice.

Very rude employee in the front desk will give attitude for no reason and very hostile. Specially since he is an old man being rude to customers for no reason at all is so unnecessary. Was my first time going and and I suggest yall don't waste your time as the customer service is unacceptable.
