I was thoroughly examined and explained to about all vision needs and steps I should take. Even options on purchasing eyeglasses if I decided I want them.

The staff were very helpful and courteous and the check-in process was quick. Dr. Salazar is wonderful and easy to converse with. He's a great listener and he speaks in a manner to communicate in understandable terms so the patient comprehends key points for assessing decisions.

Review based on phone customer service only: Location does not see teenagers or children. Call center is not local, they are sourced out and robotically reading from a script. Operator stated that they do not accept insurance vision plans, when I tried to ask clarifying questions, the operator was quick to cut me off. Wish their website was more transparent, then I wouldn't have waisted my time.

Very professional. And the doctor gave me hope that my second cataracts could be removed. Another opthamologist had told me he could not help me. Doctor Campagna was willing to help me and attempt to do the procedure. He was my last hope and he was willing to try accommodate my special needs . I am a quadriplegic and in a wheelchair . I recommend him and his staff . I will tell my friends about his practice.
