" Unwelcomed Experience" I visited Ismaily Eye Care PLLC on Foster Rd with my family for my annual appointment, which I had been waiting a full year for. While sitting in the waiting area, I could hear Ms. Rehna Ismaily with another patients, and I was honestly impressed by how patient, kind, and attentive she was. She took her time answering every question and even asked thoughtful follow-ups, so I expected that same level of care when it was my turn. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. When I was seen, the tone completely changed. Ms. Ismaily seemed rushed, was brief in her explanations, and didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns. As a veteran, she mentioned she would send my prescription to the VA for new eye medications but also told me to contact my PCM for the same thing, which was confusing. Later, when I tried to get my new bifocal lenses made, I found out my prescription was incomplete--the lower section was missing. After waiting a full year for this appointment, that was frustrating and disappointing. It felt like there wasn't much care or effort put into making sure everything was right. As a veteran, I truly value professionalism, consistency, and respect in healthcare. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that during my visit. I've decided to seek care elsewhere where I can receive the thorough and considerate service every patient deserves.

Dr. Ismaily was thorough, efficient, compassionate, and transparent. She maintained a friendly yet focused demeanor even with her receptionist out sick today. I could not recommend a provider more!

Don't recommend. Not sure if they were being rude by doing some type of power trip or if they were just this cheap. Asked them to print out a 1 page document that the doctor was supposed to fill out because I forgot to bring a hard copy. Getting an exam and having them fill out this one page document was the sole purpose of my visit. They had a printer and to print one page is less than 10 cents. The clerk had me email it to her and then told me that it was policy to not print anything for patients, not even one page. I asked the doctor if I could send it to her through Docusign so she could fill in the blanks (about 12 blanks that were asking for numbers) and sign. Doctor told me she was not going to do that and implied that it was too much for her to do. She said "So you want me to go through and fill in the blanks! No, I'm not going to do that." I ended up having to get a ride home while my eyes were dilated and coming back with the hard copy for her to fill out. I won't be going back to this place.

Dr. Ismaily was so helpful! I called several doctor's offices when I woke up and I was unable to see in my right eye, they didn't have any openings despite my plea for help. Dr. Ismaily saw me the same day and gave me sample eye drops that helped my eyes feel better right away. She also called the following day to check up on me, and I was doing much better thanks to her help! She's kind, professional, empathetic, and I wouldn't go to anyone else now that I found her.

We love Dr. Ismaily. We've been to several eye doctors before finding her a few years ago. Now we won't go any where else. She also caught a problem with my Son's vision and he's doing much better now. She's so kind and knowledge. She also noticed a temporal vein protruding in my head and mentioned it as a concern for my health. That is not really her field of medicine, and she didn't have to do that for me, but I'm so thankful she did and was impressed that she knew about it and spoted the issue. She printed out info on it for me and suggested I get it checked out. Wow, that's amazing. She truly cares about her patients. I highly suggest her as an optometrist. Her office assistant is very nice also.

Absolutely satisfied with Dr. Rehna. No wait time, clean office, disinfected and sanitary spaces. Provides proper education for young users and gives them a voice. It is important to allow your little ones to speak for themselves and she understands this fully. She addressed my child as the patient and taught her how to properly use her contacts. I was shocked that she did not take payment unless she was sure that her patient would be satisfied. Most offices immediately take payment regardless of how you are treated or wait time. I would give . Fees are also reasonable. Will bring my entire family to her. Additional stars for the office name and handling of front desk and patients

My wife and I had a great experience with Dr. Ismaily. She had to reschedule our appointments due to a family emergency, but got us in very quickly when she returned. She was professional, thorough and explained everything in great detail. We would go back again!

First time here and was not impressed with her work on my contact lenses exam compared to the doc I used to go to for years but has now retired. Also I was not seen till 30 mins after my scheduled appointment time which I arrived to on time.
