Dr. Elledge is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to address and explain all of your concerns. While waiting, his entire staff helped me find the right style of glasses and were so supportive in the process. Overall so impressed with Pearce Vision and the services they provide! Dr. Wells was very professional and caring. I had an exam, and then purchased two pairs of glasses (lens & frames). Jorge sat with me and went through all my options for cost and payments, including EyeMed insurance. He was very helpful and a definite plus for this office. He was pleasant and a great communicator. Give him a raise! My only misgiving after I picked up my glasses, was that I was never offered any kind of discount. On the webpage for this office, I see two 40% discounts for lens and extra pair of glasses. For some reason I was not infomred of this. Thank you!

Let me tell you, I just picked up my prescription progressive transition glasses and when I tell you they got it right the first time, honey believe me I am so excited and pleased. I'll shorten this post to: Excellent thorough service from beginning to end. Attentive* and they have longer hours compared to most for Your convenience. As long as they're here I will continue to be a Pearl Vision Bulverde Rd patron/client. Great job everyone oh and I love how they all seem to communicate and work as a team.

They were attentive, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they even went the extra mile to ensure I had my glasses before I left. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. Veteran owned and such amazing people!! I went about a year ago and loved them, came back today and still love them!! They helped me find the contacts that fit my needs. The doc is such a warm hearted funny guy who loves his job and gets to work with his wife that also provides such an outstanding service. They tell you what they recommend and also help you find the most affordable prices. They will now be my go to eye doctor!!
