All the staff were amazing. From the moment I walked in to schedule my appointment to the time I arrived at the office, everyone was very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. They took the time to go over the details, my options, and the whole process, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Potranco Eye Care (Dr Tran) for over 3 years and have always been impressed. After my last visit, the glasses I ordered caused me to have blurry vision; so I called them. They asked me to come in and see Dr Tran again, which I did ... along with 2 additional visits, at which time they retested my vision, along with checking the glasses. In the end, they determined the glasses just didn't sit well on my face, and that I'd need to order new glasses. They gave me the choice of picking a new frame or have new lenses put in a frame I bought 2 appointments ago. I chose the latter, and those glasses are currently being made ... at NO charge! I really appreciated that, along with the time Dr Tran spent with me in those 2 additional appointments. He told me they wanted me to be 100% satisfied, which I definitely am. So ... if you find yourself in need of a great eye doctor and glasses store, I highly recommend Potranco Eye Care for all of your vision care. They're the best I've been to in over 30 years of wearing glasses.

Dr. Thanh TranThis is one of those doctors you come to feeling anxious and leave feeling supported and clear. Dr. Thanh Tran took a great deal of time, listened attentively, and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, offering all possible options based on my situation. It truly felt that the goal was not just to prescribe treatment, but to genuinely help. During the appointments, I felt calm and confident, knowing I was in reliable and caring hands. Special thanks to the entire clinic staff for being kind, attentive, and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of respect and care from the very first moment.

This Dr (Tran) and staff were outstanding! No long wait times, the staff was helpful meeting unexpected last minute needs and were very polite! Dr. Tran was quick to understand any eyesight concerns and effectively fixed them! My family will return for future eyesight visits!

I have been to this office for a second annual eye exam and was expecting to have my contact lenses order refilled. I was sent a message saying they were in so went to pick them up to have them hand me samples and tell me I had to do a follow up appointment. Since when do you follow up? I called the office and spike to what sounded like Reanne or Breane answered my call. She was so extremely rude. I will be calling to speak to the office manager when he returns from lunch. Needless to say they wont see me for a follow eye exam..

No customer service! . Lost my trial set of contacts due to travel outside the country (I never got to wear them) and rather than giving me a new pair to try before I purchased them the said I had to purchase a 6 month supply. I am not on any insurance I pay cash and asking someone to pay for 6 months upfront for contacts you haven't even tried on is ridiculous. Consider another location before you go here you are just another dollar to them not a patient.

I've been to this location twice and both have been very quick, simple and professional. This latest time I managed to mix up my appointment time, and arrived late but communicated with their office and they were still gracious in squeezing me in. All the staff is professional, and Dr. Nguyen was great. He was quick, but thorough and got me in and out with what I needed. Victoria at the front was very professional and kind as well.

Dr. Wilson is amazing!! She is very thorough and made me feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly as well. My problem was when I needed to buy glasses. Two different staff members told me my insurance information was difficult to understand and they would need to contact their insurance specialist to confirm benefits. One even told me I didn't have coverage for progressive. Both eventually came up with a price of $95 after having to do a mock quote. I was going to pay it but something told me to check elsewhere, so I did. There, I was told there was no problem understanding my benefits. She even showed me her computer screen and there it was all laid out, word for word. After picking a name brand frame, adding premium progressive polycarbonate lenses, anti-glare and anti-scratch options, everything was covered 100%. No out of pocket cost besides the extra warranty. Always do your research on your own benefits!!
