I have visited this optometrist, brought my son here, and recently brought my mother. Dr. Nance is absolutely amazing! She takes the time needed to carefully explain everything to you, is so absolutely sweet, and seems like such a caring person and doctor. My mother is moving to a neighboring state soon and even said that she may make the drive once a year just to see her for her exams!

No, we do not recommend this place. If I can put no stars, I would. Me and my wife went to the clinic personally, to set up a scheduled appointment around second week of June. They reserved an appointment slot for me at 11:30 AM and my wife at 12:00 PM on June 18th, on a Friday. We verified with them the scheduled time to ensure that we can time off of work at the right time and date. Comes around June 18th, we come in for our scheduled appointment, and we were were told that we missed our appointment and need to reschedule. Matt, the employee at the front desk, further explains that they have called us and said that we agreed to reschedule, which made no sense, since neither me or my wife got a call. Nor did we receive any voicemails. Also, if they cannot reach me why couldn't they have reached out to my wife? We had two separate appointments, and two different phone numbers. I am highly disappointed with their customer service.
