I 1000% recommend Q vision. Everyone is super helpful, and super nice! My boyfriend got 2 NEW pair of glasses and made in 10 minutes!! You really can't beat that. Marina - you are so amazing and so sweet and for your help we recommended everyone to come here. Thank you SO much!

Thoroughly knowledgeable, incredibly kind & patient , everyone there , listens . Great care & attention to detail , are the foundation at QVision. Thoughtful consideration to your problem , examination from all angles , will yield , a concise , explanation, communicated clearly, providing logical & conservative steps to proper diagnose & remedy the problem. Called ahead to make sure my insurance covered the exam, receptionist said it did. However, when I arrived and went to pay, there was an additional $40 that "needed to be collected for a pressure test" and some other "required" exams. Wasn't expecting that expense. The lady at the front desk did the tests quickly, then it was onto Pham. Who, seemed to be more interested in my look than my eyes. I heard "for a beautiful person like you" at least 5-6 times in the few minute consult. It wasn't an eye exam. He handed me a box of medicine to read. I couldn't. He handed me a pair of readers off the desk, and asked me to read the box. I could. He said "yeah I knew it. You need bifocals. Your eyes are bad since you're getting old. It's okay, it's okay. It happens." I never had an official exam, just had to listen to him comment about my looks and age and sells pitch for bifocals. He went on about how I'll break readers, I'll loose them from taking them off and on. Stop assuming dude. Pham was determined I needed bifocals, and when I asked about price he said "shhhhhh that's a dirty word. We don't use that in here. Shhhhhhh." Went to the front desk to discuss eyewear options and pricing, and my insurance covers a good portion. The costs they were suggesting was HUNDREDS over that. The guy who makes the lens was one of the most vial people I've ever met. He was unrelenting with how his products are the best quality, he's been doing this 50 years, everything else was just quickly manufactured junk. He said anything from other places (and he named a ton) were made with resin, not fitted correctly, and would not benefit the eyes. He was using lots of jargon I didn't understand, and kept talking forever, like a robot malfunctioning, unaware of the audience. I asked him to stop being so strong with his selling methods, as this was my first ever time at an eye place; I was overwhelmed with this demeanor. I clearly told him I didn't understand most of the stuff he was steam rolling on with, and that I didn't want to pay hundreds, I just need some basic readers. But, that didn't phase him, he kept talking about how good of quality the lenses he makes are, and even had the freaking audacity to suggest "I save up some money from my next couple paychecks, because my eyes are worth it", and other stupid snarky comments. I left. I couldn't have gotten out of there quick enough, my anger was rising. There was a lot more horrible customer service on his part, but, listing all here would take a long time, and my heart is already racing typing this. Believe me when I say, avoid this place. For your own good. The receptionist called me asking if I would come back not too long after I left that day, they made a pair of glasses for me. I didn't want to go back, but I did. Once again comments on my looks from Pham. I got glasses, hooray. But, they picked out the frames and had them "made for me to make things right". I'm pretty sure my insurance covered them, but they played it from the angle that they were doing me a favor. Pham: if you're reading this, don't comment on peoples looks. It's sickening, unprofessional, and feels unsettling even after the fact. Seeing the business name even makes my stomach turn. Nothing can change that this was a part of my life, but, you as the consumer take the risk of it also happening to you (harassment, being belittled) should you go to Q Vision. Zero stars if I could rate it lower. Some or those 5 star reviews on here look questionable, just saying.

The optometrist was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and will definitely return." Dr Pham followed up with me personally and made me feel as ease.

I previously had my son's prescription done by another doctor but I was still needing their frames/lenses. I walked it and received great service from both ladies in the front!! Thank you!

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Pham does a thorough exam and will answer any and all questions, no matter how many times you ask them. The gentleman that fit my glasses, sorry, I don't know his name, did a wonderful job. He is trained in fitting glasses and helped me find a pair that looks really nice on my face. When I picked up my glasses, they fit perfectly no adjustments needed. I highly recommend Q Vision

Dr Pham is thee best at what he does! I've been going there for 30 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else! He makes every visit fun while also giving top notch care.

Dr. Pham was awesome!!! He knows his stuff and knows what he's doing! I had pretty bad astigmatism and he had exactly my stuff in stock which was extremely rare!!!
