My husband and I both went for our appointment on the same day. The staff were friendly. The young lady who helped me with my initial eye exam was kind, personable and friendly. The Doctors care was better than what we have known in the past. She answered our questions in detail and was also very proficient. She was honest and knowledgeable. We are thankful for Dr. Ramirez-Shank!

In and out in record time! Probably the best experience at an optometrist. Highly recommend this place. Got my daughters eye exams, glasses ordered and they had zero complaints. The negative comments from the 1 star review 4 years ago seems to be upset at the world, do not pay no mind to it.

I have had my eyes examined by Dr. Ramirez-Shank for the last 3 years and I am always pleased by the friendly and professional service. The office staff is great too. I have on more than one occasion needed another copy of my prescription and they have provided me another copy without hesitation. Even the hand sanitizer used in the office is top shelf. If anyone knows me...I can be kinda critical...and I really like the Doc and her staff.

I love the Dr. She was easy to talk and knowledgeable. The staff...some were...some not so much. They gave me some sample contact lenses and asked me to to call back in a week to let them know if they worked out or not. I didn't care for them so I wanted to see what other options there were. Left message after message. No response. Were they just upset because my eyes didn't agree with the brand of lenses? Were they busy? I mean? Why did they never answer? I didn't want to just walk in without an appointment during a pandemic and risk being scolded at. So I just moved along and bought my contacts online with WALDO. Which are amazing lenses by the way! They are also dailies like the Dr. recommended but they don't stick to my eyelids or feel like I put a piece of rubber in my eye like the brand they gave me at the office. Oh well, I tried.

Awesome experience for my daughter's first eye exam. Doctor is courteous, staff is too - all around a great atmosphere. I have 5 children, 3 of which are glasses wearers, so if my 2 younger children need eye exams in the future you know where I'm going!

The doc is very skilled and does a complete and thorough eye exam. She asks a lot of questions to make sure that you're getting the right Rx, especially when it comes to contact lenses. I highly recommend going to her. Also, her staff is attentive and courteous.
