My husband and I really liked our experience here. We had been going to the one on La Cantera but tried this one since it's closer to home and it's been great. The office staff is also very helpful. Kuddos to Victoria for helping me fax our prescriptions to our optical today. She went above and beyond and was super nice!

The Optometrist that helped me was the nicest woman. She was professional and informative. The clinic was clean and smelled nice. It was a quick visit so I appreciate that as well. The front desk receptionist sounds like she needs a vacation. I felt bad walking in at the time of my appointment. All the machines were already off and she was ready to go home. If Visionworks wasnt so near to my place and I had the ability to go somewhere else (in network) - I would not come here and avoid feeling like a burden instead of a client.

Only one 1 page plus a signature page to fill out for checking. I loved the optometrist. She figured out my Rx was too strong and that's why I was struggling. (My prev optometrist had dated equipment.) Here I also paid and extra $30 for the retina exam but dilation necessary. I'm switching my entire family to this location.

My first exam with RCP was great! Kaitlin Siojo was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My 2nd exam was a horrible experience. Othniel Stanberry was not helpful, impatient and rude but the staff is nice. I recommend RCP, however, would prefer another optometrist.
