Awesome front desk staff!
I hate patients arriving late at other businesses causing me to wait further and my appointment pushed to the side (adding 20-30min for the patients lack of punctuality).
A patient walked in after their grace period demanding to be seen with such attitude, but Daniela expressed their policy and how they can reschedule. I was extremely impressed at them not being push overs. Normally you see management kissing customers feet, but not here!
Upholding policies kept my appointment efficient and on time !

I see Dr Skidmore for my annual check up. I made my appointment online for the same day. The location is great because I can walk the LaCantera mall before and after.
The paperwork was fast and easy. I was seen on time. Dr Skidmore is so informative. I now have cataracts. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered every question I had. When she realized she had referred me to a specialist outside of my network, she made a correction and her office notified me within a couple hours.
