From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly customer service from the ladies at the front desk. Sandra assisted me, and she was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She walked me through the entire process and truly put me at ease, turning what I initially thought would be a stressful visit into a very pleasant experience. The doctor was just as kind and helpful, and the entire office staff was amazing. I couldn't be happier with my visit and will definitely be returning for years to come.

We did not have an appointment but they still saw us in a timely manner, waited maybe 20 minutes. The customer service reps were excellent. Found our insurance information from previous visits right away. They were very nice and were professional. The doctor was great. Asked us questions and allowed us to ask questions. She really seemed to care and knew what our needs were. Took the time to make sure we got the prescription we needed. It's nice to see that there are still people that know what customer service is.

Arrived for my appointment on 10/4/25 and was professionally greeted. Friendly also, unlike many offices we visit nowadays, you know the ones I'm talking about! Anyways it was my first appointment with Dr Tayde Contreras and she was not only very pleasant and easy to speak with but very informative and answered all my questions concerning my eyes and my eye examination. Kudos to the whole staff and I would definitely recommend this location!
