RCP Eyecare

I have been getting my eyes checked at RCP Eyecare for the past two years and can say that the doctors and staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and equipped with modern eye examination tools. I appreciate the convenience of scheduling appointments online, which allows me to choose the doctor, day, and time that work for me. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. Additionally, it is located next to Visionworks, which is a benefit. I recommend this location.

The customer service was excellent! Danny was so professional and very helpful. It was my first time getting glasses and he was able to explain the process. It was very intimidating at first but he made me feel comfortable and confident with my selection. Keep up the great work folks!

I work at a computer all day and by the end of the day my eyes were so tired I was squinting at my computer and my eyes were exhausted. I knew I needed glasses to help me. So I finally went to get help. My 1st attempt failed. All they wanted was to get me out the way like I was at a fast food restaurant and take my money. Even after several failed attempts to fix my glasses didnt help. So I gave up. My eye sight was getting worse so I decided to try again. It took them 1 visit, 1 was all it took for them to give me a full exam and tell me exactly what was going on. She cared about my issues and my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend RCP Ryecare. My eyes are fixed on them

Called in for a checkup was helpful in finding out if they excepted our insurance which they did I was able to see the eye doctor that same day it was quick and still had time to get frames and be home great customer service and great doctor

The staff was very helpful and patient. They explained what I should expect before performing each assessment. The experience was great.

My husband was seen a couple weeks ago and he was happy with his visit. He said the doctor was great and they did walk ins. I'm like great since I work 8 to 6pm I need a walk in kind of place. I stopped by today (Saturday) and said I didn't have an appointment but I heard they did walk ins. The receptionist said oh yea we do but not on Saturday especially when the schedule is double booked like it is now and the doctor is about to leave to lunch. First of all I manage an healthcare office so that is definitely not the way to answer. It doesn't matter what your schedule looks like the customer/patient doesn't need to know that. I wanted to try this place because it's close to home and my husband really like the doctor. Guess I'll never know.

My appointment was surprisingly fast it's probably one of the quickest appointments I've never had! everybody was so nice I loved it. (:
