Supposed to open at 8am but been waiting since 745 for them to open. 855 and still closed

We are so grateful for this group! My 13 year old son has a condition that has caused loss of vision in his right eye and had begun to do the same in his left. The staff was super helpful and quick in getting him in; friendly and welcoming, accommodating upon arrival. Dr. Lui- there are just no words for this incredible surgeon- he was so good with a young man of this age, always speaking to him on a level that he could easily understand without "dumbing it down" to a kid. My son felt at ease and trusts him. When a mix up with anesthesia the day before my son's surgery occurred that was not even to the fault of their practice, Dr. Lui and the surgery coordinator Terri personally stayed late working it all out as to not have to delay his operation and kept our family informed throughout. Dr. Lui drew a depiction of the procedure with full follow up instructions to ensure my son and myself were knowledgable and able to be an effective part of his after care. You don't see many doctors or their staff go so far above and beyond, on multiple levels, for the advocacy and continued well being of a patient so much these days, and we feel very blessed to have had them care for our son. Highly recommend and will sing their praises to anyone who will listen for the rest of our days!

Dr. Marouf and team is absolutely amazing! By crazy coincidence I went in for a preventative check-up due to an ongoing "floater" issue, and it just so happened a I had a retina detachment in my left eye and a tear in the preliminary phases in my right eye. In that moment, Dr. Marouf addressed the matter with laser treatment and the following week I saw her for the other eye. She was so knowledgeable, caring, and insistent on taking good care of me. She is a great physician and I'm so thankful she caught my problem(s) early on! I now see her for regular check-ups (every 3 to 6 months) and each experience has been positive. She really cares about her patients and I value that! Thank you, Dr. Marouf!

Very rude workers. My grandfather was already nervous to be there and they were so inconsiderate of his feelings. They were very unhelpful with a paperwork issue. The doctor was nice, but awful staff.

Unbelievable incompetence. This is a person's eyesight and I got the runaround all afternoon. NOT ACCEPTABLE

They scheduled an appointment and weren't even open that day!
