Everyone was very professional and my wait time was brief. The technicians were friendly and professional also. I really enjoyed meeting with Dr Ansari and he gave me a thorough exam and provided helpful information about the status of my eyesight. I will meet with him again in six months.

My experience from my last visit in this practice left me disappointed. The physician who saw me was in a rush and felt lack of compassion. I was hurting during the examination and he couldn't even wait for a few seconds for me to recover and felt not really considering my difficulty and pain. Some of the staff were nice and some were not. The girl was who saw me before my physician lacked professionalism. She lacked a professional courtesy. When confronted about it, she claimed she was "tired!" I am a healthcare provider but I never used my tiredness as an excuse to loose my professionalism and proper bedside manners. The checkout girl was not helpful either. She was doing something while standing in front of her and she never even acknowledged my presence. I waited for what I felt a good 10 minutes while standing in front her...and when she finally attended me, I found her short and rude. Not really what I would expected to be treated as a patient overall... I am having a second thought of not coming back to this practice due to my unpleasant experience.

I wish there was a higher rating than five stars to give this office today. I had a potentially serious eye issue. Once Dr. Cleland found out, I had an appointment within a matter of a few hours. The care I received was simply exceptional.I am grateful for everyone from the front desk to Dr Cleland's assistant, Tenisha.i highly recommend this practice.

Took my mother in law to her appointment and I have to say that Alisha was great. She made sure to explain everything to my MIL and was able to ease off her nerves. I can see she loves her job and that makes doctor's appointments so much better for patients. Dr. Liu was great and made sure we understood the disease process and treatment recommendations.

Dr. Liu is a very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to my needs as a patient. I would highly recommend him for anyone dealing with any retinal issues. I have macular degeneration and he explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Liu and his staff are outstanding!

I am so very happy with this office! So organized and everyone is nice! Dr. Marouf is very professional and equally nice. Alisha was wonderful, Phillip (e) was professional and quick moving. But, a special shout out to Stephanie (tech) who was so helpful and understood my questions-as I had called earlier in the week and never received a call back. So I called again, and Stephanie was the one who knew what to do. Thank you ALL! You will not be disappointed going to office!
