1,000 out of 10 experience! I've had a very complicated journey with my vision this summer--frequent prescription changes, ordering and returning glasses multiple times, and ultimately needing surgery. Through every step, Hillary and Sapphire at Sam's Club Optical on Judson Road in San Antonio have been absolutely phenomenal. They've shown incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism, even when I came in multiple times needing adjustments and help navigating all the changes. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and even enjoyable. Their customer service is beyond outstanding--truly the best I've ever experienced anywhere. I'm so thankful for their support and care. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing glasses or optical services. It's rare to find a team this dedicated. If I ever need glasses again after surgery, I won't go anywhere else. This is the place.

The Optical area is small. Two Associates were helping customers. No place to si whole waiting. Need a place for customers to wait. All I wanted was some soft stick-on nose pads for my glasses. No rack with nose pads to be seen. As a result, I promptly left. Had there been a chair to sit in, I would have waited to speak with an Associate. Maybe another Sam's is more accommodating. If not, my Walmart has them. I was in ge area of this Sam's and thought I'd give them a try.
