I had multi-functional lens replacement surgery yesterday February 5, 2026 at San Antonio Eye Specialists and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the very first appointment with Dr Iskander and the staff leading up to surgery, to the procedure itself, and even my follow-up care today, the level of attention and professionalism has been exceptional.
My vision is already so clear -- it's honestly incredible and life-changing. The entire staff is warm, kind, and truly dedicated to their patients. A very special thank you to Elizabeth, my nurse, who went completely above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
I just love this place and am so grateful for the outstanding care I received. If you're considering lens replacement or any eye procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Iskander at San Antonio Eye Specialists!

I got PRK here. Surgery went smoothly, healing process seem to be a little delayed but fine.
I am leaving this one star review up because every single follow up appointment I have had here has been minimum 30-60 minutes late and I'm sick of it. It's like after you get the surgery, you are no longer a priority to this company and your time is free to be wasted by them. They need to hire more people or stop scheduling so many appointments because this is a consistent trend at this facility and if I'm taking the time to show up 5 minutes early to an appointment, they should making sure I am seen on time with an excusable 5-10 minutes buffer at MOST.
