Everyone here at the SA Low Vision Clinic are so kind, gentle, encouraging, knowledgeable and thorough. We come here for my 92 year old mom who has macular degeneration and can no longer read. Up until a year ago, she was using her computer daily, reading and doing word search games, so her loss of vision is devastating to her. The people at this clinic do everything, and then some!, possible to help her regain as much of her vision, and independence, as possible.

I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, the staff and Dr Amir were so nice and helpful. The environment of the office reminded me of a small cottage instead of a business center, it put me at ease. Besides glasses the clinic has lots of products like large numeral clocks, magnification devices of all kinds and lighting devices to assist low vision patient at home.

I have been going to the Santa Rosa Low vision clinic since i was about 13 and I'm 46 now. In that time they have had 2 Doctors, Dr. Amir is an amazing doctor, very kind and personable. You aren't just another patient, you are treated like family to be honest. I've been to all kinds of eye doctors my entire life and can honestly say that Dr. Nancy Amir is the best, hands down.
