Southern Eye Care

Today my children were seen by Dr. Diaz and her staff. As soon as we walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed. The receptionist was very kind and assisted my children with ease. The receptionist handed my children coloring pages and crayons to keep them occupied while we waited. When it was time for the eye exam to begin, my son was nonstop asking questions and Dr. Diaz answered them, she was very professional and kind. Even though my kids were acting like typical kids, being fidgety and unable to focus on what was taking place, Dr. Diaz showed them patience and gave them her full attention. After the exam was over she informed me of any changes with my children's prescription and was very thorough. This was my first visit to this office and it most definitely will not be my last. I am very satisfied with the care my children received from both Dr. Diaz and the staff.

The girls and I had an excellent experience at Southern Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time -- which I truly appreciated. Even the young lady that assisted with making the appointment over the phone. She had wonderful customer service. Dr. Yolanda Diaz was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their eye health. I highly recommend Southern Eye Care and Dr. Diaz to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality eye care. Five stars all the way!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door and until you leave.They perform some of the routine eye exams like having you read the eye chart. Then Dr. Diaz takes over to perform the more intricate eye exams like checking for cataracts. Dr. Diaz is very nice and she is thorough. She patiently steps you through each slide of the lenses making sure you see clearly. She is good with the children. Our family had a very pleasant and satisfying experience with everyone at Southern Eye Care.

I've gone to Dr. Diaz for more than a decade. She's wonderful, thorough and kind. I highly recommend her excellent services. Dr. Diaz is the BEST optometrist I've ever known. 5 star work performace.

Dr Yolanda Diaz is by far the best eye doctor on the south side. She has been my doctor for 10 years. I can't remember the ladies names at the front desk but they were super nice and sweet, working very hard. I was in and out in 30 mins.

I went in w an issue I've been having and they were very helpful, caring and professional. Took the time to explain things clearly to me as I had a lot of questions. I would recommend you and your family to this office as it's the best experience I've had. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Diaz is very nice. She is very thorough and adresses all my questions and concerns. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that I can schedule appointments on the weekends, too. I highly recommend her.

I have been going here for about 10 years or so. They are always pleasant. I love that they do walk-ins on designated days & are open on weekends. I have not had any unpleasant experiences with them yet. I refer them to my friends & family. I wish all experiences with doctors offices were as pleasant.
