My first time going here. Jackie was great. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Of course they did try to upgrade everything to get a bigger sale then the 2 for $79 but in the end we were able to get what we needed for about $20 more. Very happy with how things went, everyone was very professional. Got one pair in the 30minutes and the second pair will be mailed to me.

The hospitality was greatly appreciated. My first interaction was with Jose who was very professional and friendly he made my experience comfortable and helpful . I also wanted to point out Nicolette's teamwork. She went out of her way and also helped Jose when i had mentioned i was looking for a certain frame. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I love the staff and the ease of working with them (Hi Jose!). I'm not a fan of the virtually assisted eye exam, but it's fine. My glasses arrived 6 days ahead of the estimated date and look good, so I'm definitely pleased overall. I wear Progressives so I have nothing positive to say about the price, but there's no escaping that.

My family and I came, looking for new glasses as a walk-in. Juan assisted us every step of the way, in picking frames to explaining the buying process. Juan worked hard to make sure we could get the best deal possible, and he was tremendously helpful and kind. We had a great customer experience.

Fake refund policy, they tell you they will refund you and then give you the runaround. It's a known scam, look up Stanton Optical Refund. They told me I'd have to wait for a call from the regional manager - never happened. I follow up about it with the store and then the store people started dodging me too. If they tell you "Somebody will call you" your money is already gone and so are they. Truth is they don't give refunds, and their 30 day satisfaction guarantee where they say they'll refund you is NEVER honoured. This place works like a used car dealership. Took and hour and a half past my appointment to get an eye exam, then three different men at different computers all tried to "help me" get the "best price" for my glasses and contacts. Talking over each other while telling me they were doing me a huge favor by only charging me $1100 when any simple addition of the advertised prices yielded a much smaller number. They sell hard, and once they take your money, they're gone and leave you holding the bag. In sum: Fake refund policy (illegal), deceptive pricing, scummy selling tactics. Get an exam elsewhere and buy glasses & contacts online. It's faster, it'll you'll save money, and you'll get treated with respect.
