Cesar took great care of my Olympia SM3. He repaired it and now it is working perfectly. He also cleaned and replaced old rubber parts on it so that it looks brand new. He was a pleasure to communicate with, and he performed the service exactly as agreed. I will be back with other machines that need tender, loving care because, thanks to Cesar, this one is typing like a dream.

Just bought my first typewriter! (Traveler technically I think) it's a 1970 Olympia SF Deluxe. Absolutely gorgeous, types like a dream, amazing price too. If you like learning about mechanical systems one of these is for you! After getting it today, two issues appeared likely from rough shipping, when ordering one of these make sure you conduct thorough inspections afterward before using them right away. I realized the paper rest was ever so slightly bent, preventing deployment & the ribbon vibrator was not moving out of the way when no keys are depressed as it should. A little elbow grease fixed the paper rest & after inspection a bent ribbon spool causing friction was the culprit of the ribbon vibrator not operating correctly. All thanks to a buddy of mine who is a part of a typewriter community knew exactly how to fix my issues. Amazing deal, priceless experience.

Cesar is seriously the best person to go to for all your typewriter needs. I have a Smith Corona, he was able to do repairs and make it look brand new. He broke the machine down and fully repaired and cleaned everything. 100% satisfied and will continue to go to Cesar for everything that has to do with typewriters.

Too many machines out there are sold "as is" and barely functional--this one arrived ready to type, and to keep typing for years to come. If you're considering buying a restored typewriter, I recommend his work strongly.
